Establishment card also known as CED, Company Establishment Card and CIC, Company Immigration Card. This card required for registration in GDRF. It allows a company to recruit staff from abroad and apply for foreign investors, partners and employment visas.
It includes company information like company name, card number and expiry date. This Card issued by MOI, Ministry of Immigration within 12 working days. Establishment Card issued for 1 year for free zone and 3 year for local license.
Documents Required:
- Trade License Copy
- Partners list (if LLC Company)
- Copy of Memorandum of Association (MOA) (If LLC Company)
- Passport of local service agent or UAE national sponsor
- Passport of partners for LLC company (copies)
- Passport photo of sponsors and partners
- Tenancy contract (copy)
- Location map in Arabic
- Owner’s degree certificates (notarized and legalized)
- E-signature card copy of sponsor and authorized signatories (if any)
Renewal of Establishment Card:
Establishment Card can be renewed through online services, known as eDRND Online. If your company has no online facility then you can renew it through AMER Service.

- Fill online form
- Payment online through naqodi
- Attached document with printed receipt
- Submit immigration branch
- Take ES card on same day (if urgent) otherwise through Zajel in 2 or 3 working days
- Document for AMER
- Online application typed at AMER Center
- Original ES Card (if lost original then Police Complain Copy Attached)
- Copy of Trade License
- Location map of the company in Arabic with Telephone number
- Valid Tenancy Contract (EJARI)
- Passport copies and Emirates ID copies of Authorized signatory
